KEPR started with a leaky tap. Our founder owned a 2BHK on Old Airport Road, Bengaluru, which was bought as an investment and rented out to be supposedly hands-off. Except, it never was. Every month brought a new vendor call, another WhatsApp message from the tenant, and a new excuse from whoever was supposed to fix the issue.
In late 2023, he returned from a two-week work trip to find that the bedroom ceiling had been leaking for ten days. The tenant had called three times, and the plumber, who came once, claimed he needed to “source a part” and never returned. The society office insisted it was an in-unit issue, while the in-unit vendor claimed it was seepage from the floor above. Nobody took ownership.
So, we built KEPR—not just as an app, but as a dedicated service. We provide a real person who visits your property, takes photos, files a report, coordinates the fix, and tells you exactly what happened and what it cost. We offer complete transparency: no hidden fees, no unnecessary service upsells, and a simple promise—if you need it done, we handle it. We launched with five homes at the end of 2025.
